I would have given the app five stars, except for the annoying missing functionality regarding notifications. Since I started using the app, I've never been able to receive notifications from the app regarding due dates or any other information that the app might provide. This is obviously something that would be very helpful in keeping track of when the bill is due. I have notified IT about this, and hopefully, they will get back to me with a response.

6 Months. It took 6 months to "find" my account. Had to repeatedly enter it over and over again, use the mail that they sent me for the bill, still didn't work until I went onto an actual computer to input everything. And it still had trouble with the next step. Finally, about to give up, I went onto my iPad and downloaded the app and I was able to at least progress a little further. At least enough to get started on my account. It shouldn't have taken 6 months 🤦🏾♂️

It does as it says it would. just annoying that it says biometric scan to enter and every time, it's off and have to re-enter it over again. Not a heavy criticism, just a pet peeve.
