Does the job, but not the most intuitive nor flexible. Can't change plans once you've started a "mission," nor can you cancel out of it. Password security rules are straight out of the 90's & there's no support for biometric (e.g. fingerprint) sign-ins. When in motion the screen gets dimmed, making reading to location you're trying to find difficult to read (in case you forget it). QR code sometimes disappears with no easy way to make it reappear.

Terrible app. Fortunately, I am no longer required to use it. When I would go to the Memphis location, I would have everything filled out correctly, then get to the gate and their system would claim it couldn't find me. The people at the gate are always rude and when you email their customer service, you receive a rude response. Plus, my antivirus software would often try to delete the app. Obliviously, there was something wrong. It is an all around terrible experience.

Overall the app is pretty sweet I wish that you could change your mission when you are in the rail due to having issues with another container or chassis and I wish you could use it when you were moving because a lot of times we don't have the time to sit still but I get this for a safety feature but that's probably the most ridiculous part about it
