very bad app, money is not being withdrawn, customer service rating is zero, no one replies from the useless service, create a level automatic work is happening every month

Very bad experience, I uploaded a video and that video is not showing from the other account and no one can see it.

There are a lot of problems with the short video option. If there is any mistake in taking the video for any reason, the music is not started from the beginning even after cutting, the music is being started from the middle. And I use my internal song to mimic, but sometimes the music stops automatically as the music goes on, so there is no sound but the timing is showing. There are many small problems like this in this app.
