With the help of the new Citiconnect 360 platform, which we are adopting, you can now perform important operations, quickly and simply!
For this purpose, you will be asked to download our app to your smartphones, make a short registration and simply click on the various buttons in the app as needed.
For example, say you want to report to us online about your garbage can that is not emptied, just click on the "Report to Hotline" button that allows you to send an online report with a photo, geographical location and address.
Immediately after sending, you will receive a report number and push and email messages with the name of the department that handles the report, and in addition you will receive push and email messages regarding the handling of the report and directly from the handling agent.
Fast, simple and accurate.
In the same way, the message cube in the application will display the important messages that we will publish to you, from time to time, some of which will also be sent by push to the mobile device and / or to email and / or as a message. So you stay up to date all the time.
The event calendar cube will display the nearest event and, by clicking, the list of events in the locality. You will always know what is happening around you and at the touch of a button.
Clicking the Contact button will display a list of functionaries with the option to dial and send an email with one click. No need to remember phones and email address.
By pressing the distress button, 3 actions will be performed at once: 3 SMS messages will be sent to people you have defined in the settings screen in the application, an emergency number will be dialed, a report will be sent automatically to the authority's reporting system stating that you are in distress. An effective tool that saves lives !!
By clicking on my city button, a variety of content will be displayed, which will be updated from time to time by the app manager in the locality.
