No Customer support From Cartrade team after Register and taking deposite money. they r find new customer and 20k aprox for registration. they not pickup call.

There has been zero coordination from the auction manager. After winning the vehicle bid, no approval was given even after a long wait, and later the vehicle was removed from our winning account without any reason or explanation. This process caused a complete waste of time and blocked our working capital while waiting for approval that never came. It clearly shows a lack of transparency and accountability in the system.

Cartrade exchange is the worst. No proper customer support and also this app doesn't work like it says as auction. You cannot make assure deal with cartrade, they are totally tied up with the bank. You will only get your vehicle approved by bank if they find it reasonable even though you win a bid. This is the worst thing. Trust me never use this app.
