There has been zero coordination from the auction manager. After winning the vehicle bid, no approval was given even after a long wait, and later the vehicle was removed from our winning account without any reason or explanation. This process caused a complete waste of time and blocked our working capital while waiting for approval that never came. It clearly shows a lack of transparency and accountability in the system.

No Customer support From Cartrade team after Register and taking deposite money. they r find new customer and 20k aprox for registration. they not pickup call.

This is the worst app I have ever found in .India. Because I didn't see it. We are ashamed to pay. Fraud conspiracy. There are in this app. Please. Don't take this app. They have the worst customer care
