worst application and you cant buy vehicles with best price . they ask to increase bid value . better to buy vehicles outside . we cant buy in this platform.

Very disappointing dealer experience. Faced unnecessary delays in NOC issuance and refund of my ₹10,000 security deposit. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no clear timeline or proper resolution. Customer support, executives, and even managers often provided vague responses and kept asking me to wait. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism resulted in a significant waste of time and effort. Before purchasing any package, I strongly advise dealers to think properly.

Cartrade exchange is the worst. No proper customer support and also this app doesn't work like it says as auction. You cannot make assure deal with cartrade, they are totally tied up with the bank. You will only get your vehicle approved by bank if they find it reasonable even though you win a bid. This is the worst thing. Trust me never use this app.
