AgendaYa is AI-powered WhatsApp scheduling for service businesses: your clients message you, your assistant responds, provides quotes, and books appointments based on your real-time availability.
This app is a mobile complement to your dashboard. It doesn't replace it: it keeps you informed about what's happening in your schedule and lets you adjust your hours without opening your computer.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Get instant notifications. Receive alerts when a new appointment comes in, when someone cancels, when an appointment is rescheduled, and when your assistant needs someone to take over.
• Manage your schedule. Edit your business hours and the individual hours of each team member. This determines the availability your clients see when booking, so any changes here are immediately reflected in what can be scheduled.
• Manage multiple businesses. If you manage more than one business with the same account, you can switch between them whenever you want without logging out.
• Connect this phone. Register to receive notifications, either with your account or with a pairing code from the panel, and check or disconnect connected devices.
WHO IS IT FOR? For those who run a service business—hair salons, barbershops, spas, beauty centers, clinics, workshops—and their team. Your clients don't need to install anything: they schedule appointments via WhatsApp.
WHAT DO YOU NEED? An AgendaYa account with business access. If you don't have one yet, the panel administrator will invite you.
