• Choose a physical activity to start a session (slow, normal, or fast walking, running, cycling, strength training…) with calorie burn calculated using standardized MET values and your body’s estimated burn rate.
• Fun visualization of foods burned in real time (e.g., a fry, a burger, etc.): finally, watch your effort progress minute by minute.
• Set goals: today, burn 10 fries; in a month, eliminate a full burger!
• Check your “burned foods” board to track your efforts and progress.
