we need a notification sound when there is a new trip request. It doesn't make sense to be looking at the phone every 2 minutes

Alvaro. That is a good idea, thank you for the suggestion. I am talking to the developers right now about implementing this and will follow up when we have a solution. Cheetah always wants to make the Driver Experience a positive one.
UPDATE 8/12/19 I'm happy to report that we have now added a feature to let users select a tone for Trip Requests
