The app is nice for the convenience of building a shopping list on the fly. But I always run into some sort of bug when trying to place orders. Today I couldn't find a checkout button ANYWHERE, which makes the app useless for placing pick up or delivery orders. Had to go to the website through my browser instead.

Needed to order for Thanksgiving. app had an update and we have to re-enter payment methods. problem is that it gives an error message and im unable to add the card that was there before the app update. ive been trying for 2 days. reinstalling the app did nothing. I bought my $250 in groceries elsewhere. can't say I'm surprised, cub has been going downhill for years

The app is horribly slow. Having to digitally clip coupons to get discounts most of the time just doesn't seem worth it because how slow this app is and because you have to go out of your way to search for things. you should either just load everybody's card with every coupon or lower the price so the card isn't needed. Because the app is so horribly slow I don't want to digital coupons which means every time I go shopping at Cub I feel ripped off.
