CUE Live utilizes inaudible, ultrasonic sound waves to relay data and synchronize devices at CUE technology enabled events, allowing users in attendance or at home to activate their phones and help create and become a part of the show. View a live demo and make the website trigger various colors and looks with the click of a button. UPN and DJ mode can be used to take the event to the next level.

Most of the users can't get this to work because of one thing, ONCE THE SHOW STARTS IT WON'T SYNC. You have to have the app open BEFORE the light show starts. If you open it right before it starts or during the show, whatever signal that was sent out is missed. U Richmond announces when to open it. Not sure why the signal isn't continuous through the light show so you can participate in it once you know what's going on or if you arrive late. Causes a lot of disappointment and bad reviews.

On two separate occasions I tried to use this app. On both occasions it kept saying waiting to sync while in the stadium to participate in the light show. I was unable to take part. Note to the Philadelphia Union. Rent a machine to perform the light show instead of using this garbage app. I wish I could give this app ZERO Stars.

The app lets me participate in trivia, then freezes and won't calculate my score at the end. It also doesn't sync up to light shows.
