The app works great with a link to WhatsApp for help. So far, the app and the account are providing me a great alternative to a regular credit card. And now the downside...I have been trying since Jul 20 to get a physical credit card. I was charged for delivery but still (as of Oct8) don't have a card. I have been told various things by support but I still don't have a card. How hard can this be???? Update Dec 10 - still no card after many more interactions with support.

I love the app, the user experience is great. I can pay my bills and also use the virtual debit card for my monthly expenses. It also helps me track all transactions very well and money transfer is easier. Sometimes the notification service doesn't work especially on low connectivity. Everything else is perfect!

Awful app design - has a tiered deposit and withdrawal system, the app function and navigation clunky, and the whole biometric, pronoun choice and scan, video selfie stuff is just awful - the chat and experience to get details and account deleted was so painful and frustrating, I was super glad I got it deleted before transferring any money. Having used revolut for years - cuenca just is not in the same league by miles! Google revolut - coming to México very very soon!
