Ratings and reviews

The app use to work on web player and an app on android phones. That's no longer the case. Google play now says my phone is not compatible. But I have the up to date version of Android. The web player loads up but you can't log in. With the recent CUE update they cut alot of channels and VOD movies. My favorite thing was the multi view option. That is no longer available. Not worth the time anymore.

Always buffering. Never can watch a show or game without it buffering. Ever 5 to 10 seconds it will buffer. Then come back and run 5 to 10 seconds if you're lucky you might get 20 to 25 seconds. I have emailed them and called them. They tell us which one is working the best right now. That's the one we are using but it's still not working. The other app worked allot better.

Always buffering support doesn't help except to constantly recommend a different device and then change to a different device recommendation. Movies either have no sound or don't play the correct movie. the search tool isn't user friendly and the app shuts down too many times when watching TV
