Always buffering. Never can watch a show or game without it buffering. Ever 5 to 10 seconds it will buffer. Then come back and run 5 to 10 seconds if you're lucky you might get 20 to 25 seconds. I have emailed them and called them. They tell us which one is working the best right now. That's the one we are using but it's still not working. The other app worked allot better.

The app use to work on web player and an app on android phones. That's no longer the case. Google play now says my phone is not compatible. But I have the up to date version of Android. The web player loads up but you can't log in. With the recent CUE update they cut alot of channels and VOD movies. My favorite thing was the multi view option. That is no longer available. Not worth the time anymore.

The original app was always spooling and super frustrating. They made up for it by offering decades of everything I watched growing up. The new app offers hardly any TV series from the past and is spooling during live television, which is actually just repeated movies and shows in a schedule, similar to ROKU offerings. There doesn't actually appear to be truly live television, IMHO. And now with this repeated issue that they're having, I hardly feel this service is even worth the money. I certainly don't have confidence in recommending this service to my neighbors. Too cumbersome, doesn't work, and it's expensive.
