The new update from November 2022 makes the app almost impossible to use on my android. When I try to look at my accounts the app freezes and I'm bombarded with messages from my phone asking to close the app or wait for it to load. The messages are constant, everytime I hit wait they come back within a few seconds. The app is laggy and harder to navigate than before the update. I used to use it all the the with no issues but now I don't even bother to check it.

Sam is SUPERB! I called with what seemed like an impossible task, considering there's a holiday tomorrow, and she got it done. She made me a priority and I felt like a valued member. Thanks again, Sam!

Always crashes and I can access my account maybe 10% of the time. So frustrating.
