great app for us but can we maybe get some in-app chat? only because it's kinda hard to get some phone action. I understand our home office staff are really busy and sometimes a phone call isn't possible . oh and the alerts suck. they're always late which means I miss work. pls fix this. And why is it that all the events are booked and every alert is late? kinda defeats the purpose of having the app. can we do better to fix the issue?

Everything works OK to some extent, but I keep getting notifications late, and by the time I check, I can't book a shift. I've had this app for 2 months, and I haven't been able to book a shift at all the entire time I've had it .

I been working with culinary staffing for about 2 years, it's work perfectly for my cause I own my time and do my schedule how I want, as in any other places there are pros and cons sometimes there are not many shifts or the app send notifications a Little bit late. But if you work hard and keep it up, the chefs you work will request you and the staffing team is great specially Christine, you get paid weekly every Friday never in my 2 years I have had and issue with my money or the pay day.
