About this app

The Culligan Connect™ app allows you to easily interact, control and monitor your Culligan® home water softener or drinking water system from anywhere.

Whether you are home or away, the Culligan Connect™ app gives you the freedom and ease of viewing or controlling your system remotely. Receive push notifications to alert you if any unexpected water flow is detected, and a friendly reminder to contact your Culligan dealer when low on salt. Staying connected gives you peace of mind knowing you are in control of your home’s water.

HE Connect Softeners
• Monitor your system performance to know your softener is always working.

• Set “Away Monitor” to be notified of any unexpected water flow while you’re away from home.

Ratings and reviews

Nice app in theory. Doesn't work the way it's supposed to. Bypass option through the app consistently fails to work. I have it set to give me all notifications. I get none. Doesn't show regeneration history beyond the last one, so you can't track it easily or see if it's overworking. Can't manually stop or delay a regeneration. Gives some nice usage data, but conveniently leaves out how many gallons it uses when it regenerates.

Would like to see last regeneration date and gallons to signal or gallons used since last regeneration. Would like to be able to change settings such as salt dosage, capacity, time clock backup, etc. I am a Culligan man but I think these would be helpful to customers too. As it stands now the app is helpful but only gives basic info. As a Culligan man, I could use this app when Bluetooth isn't an option. Also, I can't seem to add other units. Some customers have multiple units in many locations.

Doesn't work. Followed instructions from Culligan (pamphlet) and the in-app instructions. Fails to setup device even though showing I'm connected to the device. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No go. It sees the water softener but every single time it tries to set-up the softener the app throws a useless message that "something went wrong". Uninstalled for the second and final time.
