The Culligan Connect™ app allows you to easily interact, control and monitor your Culligan® home water softener or drinking water system from anywhere.

Whether you are home or away, the Culligan Connect™ app gives you the freedom and ease of viewing or controlling your system remotely. Receive push notifications to alert you if any unexpected water flow is detected, and a friendly reminder to contact your Culligan dealer when low on salt. Staying connected gives you peace of mind knowing you are in control of your home’s water.

• Track filter life so you know when your RO filters need to be replaced.
• Monitor how many ounces of water have been filtered today, this week and this year!
• Work with your local Culligan dealer to enter your local water properties and learn about contaminants removed.
• Turn on Power Save Mode to extend the battery life on you ClearLink Pro™ by reducing the number of WiFi connections each day.

HE Connect Softeners
• Monitor your system performance to know your softener is always working.
• Manage your salt level & record salt additions so you always have soft water.
• Bypass your softener to avoid using treated water on certain activities (like watering your lawn).
• Set “Away Monitor” to be notified of any unexpected water flow while you’re away from home.

Ratings and reviews

Garbage app, just plain garbage. Maybe the worst app I've ever used. The features of this app never work. The water usage doesn't update, the water flow rate doesn't show and the bypass constantly fails to change. The smart features of the water softener are useless if the app doesn't work. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Beyond frustrated with Culligan.

So many bugs cant even add a smart water softener. Used to work, now no matter what it only does 1/4 steps while connecting. Going to try airplane mode with wifi and see if that works. Save your money on the smart system it never works correctly and good luck getting ahold of culligan. If I could turn back time I would chose another company.

Doesn't work. Followed instructions from Culligan (pamphlet) and the in-app instructions. Fails to setup device even though showing I'm connected to the device. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No go. It sees the water softener but every single time it tries to set-up the softener the app throws a useless message that "something went wrong". Uninstalled for the second and final time.
