SmartPay Check-Link Business Gas Discount Program

Can't log in, tech support is useless, every time I go to the dashboard I can't login because the app "isn't set up for multi- factor authentication" even though there's no update. The website says cookies must be enabled to log in even if they are already, you have to get an authentication code every time you try to log in. It should not be this hard to get a ten cent reward. This app, the site and customer service are junk. I lost an hourand tech support never answered or called back.

Still finicky. Still have to play with the network connections at times. Still doesn't get rewards or "special offers" even when they send an email saying it will. But when it works, it works. Still worse than the non-business version but can't use that with business credentials.

This app sucks , worked fine for a while and now it won't work and they're telling me that there's nothing wrong on thier end but just the other day they said oh we fixed it for you. Despite what they've said it still does not work!! Horrible app!! I would have rated it - 5 stars but unfortunately you have to put at least one star to post a comment
