• Battery Care Mode: Prolong the life of your battery by setting the maximum charge limit to 80%.

Plug & Charge *
• Get ready to plug in anywhere. Easily install your certificate in your vehicle and get the best use of your charging plan at different charging points.
• Conveniently contract a charging plan and get your certificate from SEAT/CUPRA Easy Charging app.

Climate Control
• Remote Climate Control: Remotely set your vehicle to the perfect temperature and warm the front seats directly from the app.
• Scheduled Climate Control: Automatically schedule your CUPRA Born’s climate controls for the ideal times or conditions — From certain times of the day, or after unlocking the doors.

Routines
• Set, schedule, and customise routines to create the perfect interior climate or battery charging percentage.
• Program your vehicle to automatically charge when electricity rates are lowest.

Maps *
• Search for routes and Points of Interest (POIs), then send them directly to your CUPRA Born.
• Visualise your parking location and track the best way to get there on foot.

Vehicle Status *
• Immediately receive alerts about your vehicle’s health and get advice on a course of action based on the warning level.
• Call the Roadside Assistant directly from the app, in the event of a red warning light from Breakdown call.

Online Vehicle maintenance*
• Select your Preferred Service Partner and keep in touch with them via the app.
• Request a service any time and for any reason.
• Forget about problems, if a warning light appears, your Preferred Service Partner will directly schedule an appointment for you.
• Don’t forget your Appointments, check the progress and the details, and add the date to your calendar.

For such a great car, the Born is completely let down by this app. The UI itself is fine. It's the stability of the app and the way it randomly updates and changes settings. For example, I just opened the app to find that it has changed itself to a different language. I've also found in the past that the routine settings often get reset back to defaults. I'll update a routine to change the charge percentage only to find it get set back to the default 80% a day or two after. Very frustrating

Bought a brand new Born a week ago but both the dealer and myself are not able to connect my phone (s21) to the car. Contacted Cupra help and sent all the info/screenshots requested and heard nothing since. A week later I still have no working app so cannot set up primary user and its features in the car. It has taken the fun out of the new car. Not good enough having a non working app when so many features in the car use it. Edit 8/4/24. 3 weeks on, finally managed to get app to work/connect.

Please, please, please catch up with your competitors. The car is great, the mobile app is terrible. Very laggy response, I can't change from Kilometres to Miles, available range differs between the app and the car, charging schedules don't work and it displays unhelpful errors. It's just not intuitive or responsive enough. I'm happy to provide further feedback if it makes the app better.
