Ratings and reviews

We continue to get drivers accepting to pick us up for terminal payments, but then when asked, ALL say cash only. Extremely frustrating that there's a terminal option on the app when none of the drivers will accept it. Please either remove the option, penalize drivers that accept rides that they cannot actually accept payment for, or allow CC payments through the app.

I like the service but dislike not being able to pre pay with creditcard

Positive experience with this app. The app is easy to navigate through and the customer service is top notch. Drivers are educated and well mannered and they keep you in comfort throughout your rides and I've had several now. Thank you to the owner/s and drivers of this service for having and affordable and at the same time of good quality service.

What’s new

In this update, we:
- Made improvements to the Notifications center: you now receive notifications even when the app is not running, as long as it is installed and you are logged in.
- Redesigned the “Get in touch” screen to better fit all devices and support more contact options.
