happened to get an email about the BOGO ube matcha and this is my favorite drink over all was super excited to get it as it only offered it for 1 day..... I then proceed to the app which is does not load.... I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to which again it does not open past the load screen and as I walk in to the store was told they can not do BOGO in the store at the register only the app (which does not load...) on top of which there's no "Help" access anywhere in the app just S.O.L.?

I like the coffee restaurant but app needs improvement. needs multiple clicks to view cart or check out. Will randomly freeze and function again in a minute
