Less than perfect. Sometimes audible notifications just turn off; I may not be aware for hours and then I've missed important calls. When I'm in surgery, staff has to put in my code and open the app to get access. A hassle if I'm on the road or doing other work, at my desk, yardwork on the weekend, etc. Middle of the night, I'm fumbling in the dark, putting in the code, trying to get the number, trying to silence it so it doesn't totally wake my wife. Just adds another source of frustration.

freezes more often than not, fails to connect to network with 3g , notifications delayed by hours at a time, affected normal phone function until restart of phone( blocked normal text mesaage response somehow until unistalled and reinstalled)...no way to stop autoreplies for off duty members of team. Downgraded to one star as never notifies anymore....pos app

Worked fine for years on my Samsung phones until I had to use the app on my company-issued iPad. Then when I tried to use the phone app it won't let me log in. I logged out of the iPad and even turned it off. I uninstalled and reinstalled, even tried rebooting the phone in between. It let's me put in my login and password but when I hit the login button it gives no response whatsoever. It let me change the password from the phone but the login button is still unresponsive.
