About this app

Curing Pro is booth care for paint shops. Put your spray booth on the phone, keep the maintenance record honest, and get help before you book a truck.
It is for shop owners and painters who run automotive and industrial spray booths and cure ovens. Curing Pro maintains and repairs those booths from Gresham, Oregon.
Your booth
Add the shop, booth name, make and model, airflow, length, filter life, manometer reading, and the next service date. More than one booth can live on the same phone.
Maintenance log
Record filter changes, lamps, gauge readings, door seals, and housekeeping. Logging a filter change resets filter life to 100 percent and sets the next due date from your service interval.
Health at a glance
The home screen shows whether the booth is in shape, due soon, overdue, or marked down. A high manometer reading is called out so a loaded filter bank is not a surprise.
Help before a truck
Describe what the booth is doing, or pick a common problem: burner dropout, a climbing manometer, paint fog in the shop, an oven that will not reach temperature, dim lights, a door that will not seal, or a loud exhaust fan.
You get a short read on what it sounds like, likely causes, and checks a painter can do safely: look, listen, write down a gauge, change a filter, check a door seal, or confirm a setpoint.
The assistant will not tell you to bypass interlocks, jump a switch, open a gas train, or work inside an electrical cabinet. Flame failure, a gas smell, and fire-suppression problems stop at shut down, ventilate, and call.
Book a visit
When you need a technician, save a request with how the booth is running, what is wrong, a preferred day, and a time window. Copy or share that request with Curing Pro. The app keeps it on your phone. It does not dial the shop or send the request by itself.
On this phone
Booth records, the log, and saved visit requests stay on the phone you installed it on. They are not an online account. Clearing the app or its data can erase them.
Curing Pro services spray booths and cure ovens. This app helps you track the booth and ask for a visit. It does not replace a qualified technician.
