About this app

Kartavya: Smart Employee Attendance
Tired of manual registers and outdated attendance systems? Kartavya is the official attendance and payroll application for your institution, designed to be simple, secure, and intelligent.
Step into the future of workforce management with a system that ensures accuracy and transparency. Our advanced features prevent fraud and save valuable time, allowing your team to focus on what truly matters.
Key Features:
✅ Intelligent Face Recognition: Check-in and check-out with a quick, AI-powered face scan. Our system ensures the right person is always marking their attendance, eliminating "buddy punching."
👁️ Spoof-Proof Liveness Check: To prevent fraud using photos or screen recordings, Kartavya requires a simple eye blink to capture your photo, guaranteeing that the user is physically present.
📍 Accurate Geofence Lock: Attendance is only possible within your designated work premises. Our secure GPS validation blocks check-in attempts from outside the approved radius and detects fraudulent mock location apps.
📅 Complete Attendance History: Easily track your workdays with a clean, interactive calendar view. Tap on any date to see your check-in/out times and verification photos.
💼 Access Your Payslips: Securely view and download your monthly payslips directly within the app, anytime and anywhere.
🔒 Admin-Approved System: Your account is secure and private. After registering, your profile is sent to your institution's administrator for approval, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access.
How It Works:
Register: Complete a simple, one-time registration process, including submitting your details and completing a 5-step face scan.
Get Approved: Your account is reviewed and activated by your institution's administrator.
Check-In & Out: Once approved, simply use the app to mark your attendance daily with our secure, blink-to-capture face scan.
Your Privacy is Our Priority:
Kartavya is built with security at its core. We DO NOT store your photos for recognition. Instead, we create a secure, encrypted mathematical representation (an "embedding") of your face. Your location is ONLY used at the exact moment of a check-in or check-out and is never tracked in the background.
Please Note: This application is designed for use by employees of registered institutions. You will need a valid Institution ID to complete the registration process.
