Wiener Tarock is for everyone who wants to play, learn, practise, and enjoy the Austrian card game Tarock in the Viennese Zwanziger Rufen variant on Android, either alone or together nearby on multiple devices. The app is aimed at players who already enjoy Wiener Tarock, want to refresh their skills, or would like to understand the game better at their own pace.

Play a full match against three bots at any time. The opponents do not play randomly, but use different styles ranging from cautious to risky. This keeps matches varied, understandable, and engaging over time. If you want to play on your own, you get a complete Tarock round without waiting and without depending on other players.

At the same time, the app is a practical learning aid. Rules overview, learning mode, replay, and scoring help you better understand bids, game types, tricks, bonuses, and scoring. Optional suggestions for announcements and for which card to play can also be shown, making typical situations easier to understand. In learning mode you can follow all hands and won tricks. In replay mode you can review recent games step by step, which is ideal for learning, discussing hands, or analysing your own decisions.

The presentation is also designed for comfortable play: a clear table view, animations, sounds, and spoken prompts keep the game lively and easy to read. There are also multiple language variants including the Viennese wording, adjustable game speed, and score sheets as PDF or printout.

A special feature is local multiplayer for real shared game nights. Up to four nearby Android devices can connect directly to form one table. The connection runs between nearby devices and not through anonymous internet matches. If players are missing, open seats are automatically filled by bots. That means you can start right away with two or three people without the round failing because of the number of participants.

The free version offers the actual gameplay in full, using the same bots as the paid full version. However, some convenience features and local multiplayer are only available for a limited time in the free version and are disabled for the current session after about 10 to 15 minutes. After restarting the app, they are available again.
