Loyalty Personal Loan :
Now we are providing the Loyalty Personal loan plan for our Existing Customers. Where Customers can do the complete digital onboarding journey through mobile App.Customer has to follow below given steps to complete the journey.
1 - Only Existing Loyal customers can avail this offers.
2 - Customer just have to select the Loan Amount and tenure.
3 - Customer can choose the insurance(optional) from the app.
4 - Customer has to validate his address and himself by face match and liveliness check.
5 - Customer has to validate his existing bank details. We will validate his bank account at our end as well.
6 - Customer has to complete his E- mandate & E-Sign(Using clickwrap) for loan onboarding.

App is not working. There is a message on home screen that 'use this app to track your loans and get reminders payment any defaults and avail special offer. Shall I help you in using this app?' and there is no option to close this msg and I can't use the app now. even tried restarting, uninstalled the app but nothing is working. worst app

⭐ 1 Star (deserves 0) I closed my loan yesterday, but the app still shows the loan as not closed and does not allow me to request the NOC/closure letter. This is extremely frustrating as closure documents should be available immediately after payment. There is no proper update or support, and the system is showing incorrect status. Such delays are unacceptable for a financial institution. Kindly resolve this issue urgently and provide my NOC without further delay, or I will escalate to RBI.

The customer support system is extremely disappointing. It is very difficult to raise and track issues, and there appears to be no proper follow-up mechanism for resolving customer concerns. We can't even raise our concern regarding EMI paid but not updated in account. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer support has made this a very frustrating app.
