Loyalty Personal Loan :
Now we are providing the Loyalty Personal loan plan for our Existing Customers. Where Customers can do the complete digital onboarding journey through mobile App.Customer has to follow below given steps to complete the journey.
1 - Only Existing Loyal customers can avail this offers.
2 - Customer just have to select the Loan Amount and tenure.
3 - Customer can choose the insurance(optional) from the app.
4 - Customer has to validate his address and himself by face match and liveliness check.
5 - Customer has to validate his existing bank details. We will validate his bank account at our end as well.
6 - Customer has to complete his E- mandate & E-Sign(Using clickwrap) for loan onboarding.

Developers take note. If the phone has any app installed that starts with SU, this app shows your device is rooted. I have surfshark installed. Fix it.

extremely poor customer care. untrained and rude representative disconnecting call. I've already paid 372488 via dd and need to repay remaining 29000 something which part of forceclosure fee to close my loan account but there is no way on your website or app to repay remaining amount. I've already called customer care multiple times but they are not trained enough to resolve this issue. PLEASE NOTE ACCORDING TO RBI GUIDELINES YOU CAN'T STOP A CUSTOMER TO FORCE LOAN ACCOUNT.
