I've been saving money in this app for more than 2 years, yes it does give you great returns but for around a year now the withdrawal option always shows "technical issue" you cannot get your money out. they always say that we'll start the withdrawal but nothing happens you can only circle your money in their eco system one account to another but you cannot have it in UPI. don't trust the app.

The app itself is good, but customer support has been disappointing over the past 4 to 5 months. Messages are often delayed or ignored, and the support team doesn't provide clear information regarding when service actually starts. Fixing the customer service response times and clarity would make this a 5-star app.

Bringing an application to mind for the first time is a big deal, but not keeping one's word is shameful. Ever since we joined this application, this is all we have seen—whether it is about withdrawing money, providing facilities, or increasing the share price—But the mistake is ours that, being human, we trusted a little tongue and sank."
