Very disappointing experience. I tried to withdraw money from my Apna Pay wallet, but the amount was deducted and never credited to my bank account. I also tried to recharge through the app, but every attempt showed an error. I contacted customer care by email and explained the issue, but I received no response. Payment-related problems should be handled seriously, especially when users' money is involved. Please resolve my pending withdrawal, fix the recharge issue, and improve customer support

I've been saving money in this app for more than 2 years, yes it does give you great returns but for around a year now the withdrawal option always shows "technical issue" you cannot get your money out. they always say that we'll start the withdrawal but nothing happens you can only circle your money in their eco system one account to another but you cannot have it in UPI. don't trust the app.

Apna Pay is completely unreliable. The mobile app constantly fails to log in, throwing persistent error messages even though the exact same credentials work instantly on the web portal. I have reinstalled the app, verified it is on the latest version, and cleared the cache, but the login bug remains unresolved. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely nonexistent. I submitted detailed error descriptions, screenshots, and account details, but received zero reply or resolution.
