The ability to order from my phone or tablet is convenient. However, the search feature requires that I back out to the home page almost every time I want to look up a new item, and the new "Track Your Order" feature doesn't work. Also, I continuously get notifications to update the app even though I have the latest version. For a tool that is so instrumental in doing this type of business, it would seem these glitches could be fixed by now.

I use this to place orders for my business as my employer requires.I like that I can order from anywhere at anytime, as my orders are due by Sunday at 10am and im usually not at work on the weekends. My dissatisfaction is with the fact I had to call the distributor directly for a few weeks in a row as not all items where easily located in the app.

The app and the website are ok. one major problem for me is lack of categories or sections. The are no sections for Seafood, meat & poultry, grains & flour etc. Also, where are the PICTURES, DISCRIPTIONS and NUTRITIONALS. Delivery tracking?? Why are there dog treats in food sections?? Take a look at Sysco's app.
