About this app

COTR SAFE is a free mobile app for the College of the Rockies community at all our campuses. The app will send you important safety alerts and provide instant access to campus safety resources.

COTR SAFE features include:

· Safety Notifications: Receive instant notifications and updates if an emergency occurs or your campus is closed due to weather.

· Friend Walk: Send your current location and destination in real-time through email or SMS to a friend (or mom!) so they know when you’ve arrived safely.

· Safe Walk (Cranbrook Campus only). Campus Security is available to walk you to your car or Student Housing during regular campus hours.

· Emergency Contacts & Procedures: Learn what to do in an emergency situation.

· Accessibility: Learn about our accessibility plan or report an accessibility issue

· WorkAlone: for College employees to "check in/out" while working alone to ensure their safety. If a check-in is missed, the app will alert the Emergency Contact you entered at the start of the session.
