I use this courier sometimes because it offers more restaurants selection than 7Krave but it is overpriced for food items and fees. Order Tai Xing, was over 14k, waited almost 2 hours and courier canceled order (still waiting on refund status, btw) but thanks because called to restaurant to place same order for pickup, cost a little over 5k! When you do reach out to support in regards to order status, you get a "we're currently busy..." - no resolution, support is a joke. Smfh.

The app works but I would not recommend anyone uses their service. They charge a delivery fee of about 600 and then a 20% service charge you will pay way in excess of ur order. Plus their reps don't take ownership for errors I made an order and two items were not available and a rep called Chante Wallace went ahead with the order and lied that she called me when she did not. She processed the orders with the missing items and those two items I got valued less than the delivery fees stay away!!!

Too expensive and takes way too long to deliver. There menu items leave out some items that are included in the restaurants combo but they still charge the same price for it.
