About this app

CUTLIST SYNTIX — OFFLINE CUT LIST + CNC NESTING CAM
Turn sheet goods into a clear plan you can actually follow in the shop.
Optimize cuts for plywood, MDF, melamine, and more. Export clean PDF cut plans — or generate GRBL-ready .nc G-code from SVG contours.

WHY IT’S BUILT FOR REAL WORKSHOPS
No accounts. No cloud. Deterministic layouts and practical exports. Plan → verify → produce.

CUT LIST & SHEET CUTTING (SAW / GUILLOTINE)
• Optimize layouts with kerf, spacing, edge/trim allowances, grain direction, defects/keep-out areas, and remnants.
• Workshop mode guides the cut sequence step by step.
• Export print-ready PDF plans with dimensions and a readable legend.

CNC NESTING + CAM FOR GRBL
Import SVG parts, nest them on sheets, and export .nc G-code with a production-focused CAM pipeline:
• Tool compensation (offset) and correct order: holes → outer
• Linear lead-in/out, safe-Z moves, step-down passes
• Smart tabs that avoid corners/sharp turns, lead zones, edges, defects, and weak areas near internal cuts
Preview rapid moves, cut order, tabs, and risk highlights before exporting.

PRODUCTION FLOW YOU CAN TRUST
Per-sheet status: Generated → Exported → Done.
Key CAM inputs are validated (feeds, depths, safe-Z, boundaries, defects) and export is blocked on critical issues.

UNITS & SVG SCALE
Work in mm or inches (project unit system). SVG scale supports unit detection plus an explicit “1 unit = X mm” control when needed.

Safety note: Always verify toolpaths on your machine or in a simulator before cutting.
