Cutulator is the concrete cutting calculator built for cutters, corers, drillers and demolition crews — every number you need on site, in one app. Built by a tradie, for tradies.

CUT SIZE
Plan how to cut a slab or an odd/penetration shape into liftable blocks. Enter a block size or a target weight and Cutulator lays out the grid, counts the cuts and shows each block's weight. "Which way to cut it" compares both orientations and flags the one with the fewest cuts — and the least cutting metres.

CONCRETE BLOCK WEIGHT
Rectangle or hand-drawn shape to weight in kg or lb (tonnes/tons over the threshold), so you know what you're lifting before you lift it. Figures are an estimate — always reference SWL/WLL.

CORE WEIGHT
Weight of a cored cylinder from diameter and depth.

STITCH DRILLING
Break a penetration out with overlapping cores. Cutulator sizes the block grid (by dimensions or target weight), counts perimeter and internal cores, total drill depth and spacing — and "Which way to cut it" picks the orientation that needs the fewest cores.

OVERCUTS
Circular-blade overcut on every corner, top and bottom, so nothing is left uncut.

DRILL ANGLE
Core length and bit reach for angled holes.

WALL SAW
Blade-size and cut-depth data by machine.

YOUR PRICES NEVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE
No account, no cloud, no server with your rates on it. Your price book, clients, dockets and invoices are stored on your device and nowhere else — we have no copy and could not look them up if we wanted to. The only thing that ever leaves is a docket you choose to send a client to sign: it travels encrypted, keyed to your phone and theirs, and carries no prices. Keep a backup file from Setup — nothing on a server also means nothing to recover if you lose the phone.
