ETA Form is not preset with ETA or current time, but has button to select it automatically.
InTransit ETA based on current position(not pickup address) and refreshes every minute or mile(from last updated time/position).
Can only update 1 BOL to Intransit at a time(Will set up optimal route for BOLs from same pickup later).
Fix show ETA in Intransit Tab.
Profile add menu, remove location details.
More complete loading animation fixes.
