InTransit ETA based on current position(not pickup address) and refreshes every 20 minutes or mile(from last updated time/position).
Can only update 1 BOL to Intransit at a time(Will set up optimal route for BOLs from same pickup later).
ETA form sets minimum ETA to calculated ETA using Directions from current location, or uses current time and position if gettint ETA fails.
Fix show ETA in Intransit Tab.
Profile add menu, remove location details.
More complete loading animation fixes.
