edit(3/9/26): the app worked fine until about 3 weeks ago, now it does not work at all!! I have been effectively locked out of my system for a month. I am unable to change or remove any of the parental controls I had set, change my password, nothing... it just has a notification "there was a delay, please try again" every time the app is opened. I have reinstalled it several times, this does not fix it. the app is required to access the router, so its pretty negligent to be down for this long!

This app is absolute garbage. It wouldn't work correctly. So, I cleared the cache and data. When I went to log back in it tells me it cant find my account and need to sign up. So, I tried to sign up only for it to tell me that an account already exists under that email! I constantly have issues with the app connecting to the router. It takes four to five attempts sometimes. The app is great when it works correctly, but it works about as much as McDonald's ice cream machine.

Can't access my router with this app. It used to work fine. Now, for no reason, it won't connect to my router on my Android or my wife's Apple. It won't "on board" a previous or new router. I can log in to the router through ethernet, but it will not let me change any settings because it says I must use the app, which won't work. I put in a help ticket with CVEC 24 hours ago, and there has been no response yet.
