No option to create an account, only sign in. Every option from the the drop down menu either takes you to the sign in page, or the beginning of the app (When you start it for the first time) EDIT: They finally got back to me after 3 months. I've long since figured it out. I'll give them two stars now since they actually did their job....

The app is terrible and makes no sense. I tried to download the app on a new phone because my old one was acting up and it didn't work. Same email and everything but it didn't allow for my payment to process Unfortunately you can't even create an account to help and save information. Which has me dumbstruck as a user. This app needs development because this can't work.

OMG!!I literally changed my password like couple minutes ago and the app said wrong password or username,and I know my username very well. Also the codes the app was supposed to send to me never went to my email and the app never wants to sign me in at all
