About this app

CW Evidence Capture helps you securely organize case files, personal records, documents, and private journal or diary entries in one place.

Choose how you want to use the app:

• CW Case Files — organize incidents, disputes, documentation, supporting evidence, photos, video, audio, and related records
• CW Records — store important documents, receipts, images, videos, audio, spreadsheets, and personal records
• CW Journal / Diary — create private text entries and add photos, videos, voice recordings, documents, and other media

The app adapts its wording and organization based on the mode you select, and you can use different types of folders within the same installation.

Integrity and record preservation

CW Evidence Capture can preserve technical information associated with saved entries, including timestamps and SHA-256 integrity hashes. Detailed information is available when an individual entry is opened, while the main timeline remains easy to read and navigate.

Privacy-friendly design

The app is designed with privacy in mind. Screens can display only a small initials avatar instead of your full name, making it easier to share screenshots without unnecessarily exposing personal information.

Your records remain organized on your device and under your control.

Optional alledgedly.fyi website connection

CW Evidence Capture can optionally connect with Alledgedly.F.Y.I for users who choose to use related community or reporting features. An Alledgedly account is not required simply to use CW Evidence Capture for case files, records, or personal journaling.

Whether you are documenting an ongoing situation, maintaining important personal records, or keeping a private multimedia journal, CW Evidence Capture gives you one place to capture, organize, review, and preserve the information that matters to you.

That makes CW Evidence Capture the product, while Alledgedly is correctly presented as an optional companion service, not the main purpose of the app.
