Terrible! Most of this time this app won't accept debit/credit cards. And won't let you cancel your plan or change anything in your plan, this app basically provides nothing. Anything you want to do you literally have to go to the website and if you ask them (on WhatsApp) how to troubleshoot anything in the app, they just send you to the website. This app literally has no purpose except to take up space in your phone and will fill your phone full of advertising. Garbage.

They tried to up the price a few months ago and were stopped. It seems like they greased the right palms, and now the $7 for 10 days is now $9 for 10 days. Tigo have also upped their price to $9 same time as mas movil. This is just a monopoly between mas movil and tigo. There's only 2 choices, and both of them are no way near as good as digicel was. The signal outside of panama city is piss poor. Not impressed.

This app allows you to make payments, but offers no other services whatsoever (such as providing account/usage information or making changes/cancellations to one's account). On top of this, I spent several days attempting to cancel my WiFi service and was finally given a written assurance that they were processing my request. When, however, I later attempted to return my equipment, I was told that they wouldn't accept it because no such request existed in their system. Avoid these crooks.
