This app used to work well, until the Android Ver.12 was updated to my phone. Since then, it has not worked. Raised a customer concern with CWS 9 months ago. They were going to check and let us know, but sadly, no feedback to now. We paid for subscription for 2 months without being able to use it, so we cancelled the package. CWS does not even care to help customers with solutions. Very sad!!!!

whenever I try to sign up it keep telling me I am not a CWS user this is a very bad site anyone who tries to get into this site my vice do not use it because it won't loud you sign up or sign in or anything whatsoever

The app is okay. But I believe maybe SBC should really label their TV guide more accurately.
