PEP@Work is the all-in-one concierge app that allows Users to:

• Navigate the workplace
• Reserve time and space in the office
• Access helpful information about the building
• Stay up-to-date on the latest events on campus

This app is compatible with Android phones running Android 11 and higher.

Too slow. The main purpose is to reserve a desk and the load time is ridiculous. You have to wait any time you adjust the reservation time or date. It defaults to only 15 minute intervals. The find your peer feature does not work. And it is challenging to find a desk and be confident it's not reserved by someone else.

one change to make to help improve speed - instead of starting to search for available desks, pause and wait for user enter the time, days range preference. Every time I try to make a reservation, the system does the search twice. the 1st search was always a waste of time.

Not many employees use this app at our branch. Even if we book a desk there are already double number of people sitting there as nobody follows the bookings and seats are less at office. App is not useful unless everyone use it.
