EDIT: If you don't like the update there should be an option to switch back to classic. Go to "explore" then in top right it should give option. Hope this helps someone else. This update is AWFUL! It was PERFECT before so easy and useful. Now... it's made me want to sell the entire printer and buy a different brand which is insane but I really dislike the app THAT much.

Been loving this app with my printer for almost a year. But now recently, the app cannot even connect with the printer that is functioning. Just seeing it offline when it isn't and cannot login via the QR code. Fix the issue. Knowing that everything functioned earlier last week and then lost connection later, one thinks the latest app update is the issue.

If you spend hundreds of dollars on a printer that allows you to monitor via an app, maybe make the app usable, for a setting to change and be applied correctly you might have to try several times for the change to occur. Checking the printer via the purchased camera (extra cost) works maybe once every 50 tries and on some days good luck checking your prints at all, I'm genuinely considering switching brands, such an annoying inconvenience.
