Ratings and reviews

It has been a little while since I have last used the phone app for my K1 Max, but this version of the app seems an annoying issue. When I try to view the printer's camera, I can usually only see it once, then it will not work, giving me the error (err 1000-3-5). To get the camera to work again, I have to do a force stop on the app, then it works.

It's really frustrating - when I got my printer last year and started using this app it worked fine. I even started paying for the subscription. You guys released these updates, and now I have to tell it to print my file so many times for it to work before I just give up in frustration and try again later, which defeats the purpose of being able to start prints remotely. I will tell it to start a print and then it will just show me the previous print that it did and never start the new print.

Update: Same problem with their camera. Hot and miss if it will show on the app. Note most recent reviews would give this app 2 stars at best. Obviously needs a complete workover. Same problem with accessing the camera that everyone is reporting, and it is the camera creality suggested for my brand new Ender 3 V3 KE. Can't save time-lapse videos to my phone. Says I need to give the app permission to access photos, media,and files. Need to update the app to work with their own cameras.
