Ratings and reviews

Constantly making interface use more difficult. They had a promotion that ended in April where you could get a free year of premium for adding new printers. I added a K2 and was never awarded the year for it despite the written text stating "for each new device!" Contacted support and still haven't heard anything from them in 3½ months!

Customer support has been terrible. We contacted them two months ago, and they said they would help, but they never responded. We reached out again with no reply. We bought the multi-color extruder and had to reprogram the entire printer ourselves. It was also missing parts, so we had to print or buy them separately. After all of that, we still can't get the printer working.

Great for a beginner like myself. I have a k2 combo. I have done many prints since I got mine in June and I haven't had any major issues. I have used the app on both my phone and tablet and the only complaint I have is on my phone some options are under my phones bottom bar so i cant press them. Other then that no issues i enjoy looking through all the prints readily avaliable! so far has been a great learning app!
