It has been a little while since I have last used the phone app for my K1 Max, but this version of the app seems an annoying issue. When I try to view the printer's camera, I can usually only see it once, then it will not work, giving me the error (err 1000-3-5). To get the camera to work again, I have to do a force stop on the app, then it works.

I love my printer but this app is one of the worse experiences I have had with any tech. It was bad from the day I started using it but if you fiddled with it for awhile it would eventually work. After the latest update it doesn't work at all and it is making my printer have several errors and failures. And I know it is just the app because everything works fine on my pc. I don't understand how they have something this terrible available for download.

this newest update ruined the app how can I go back to the old way before the update? many files I had are now gone and I can't even get anything to print or slice for different filaments. it's been loading at 99 percent for over an hour and there are no longer photos of items to print. creality can't leave well enough alone. if they want to improve something improve the printers. I've spent more fixing mine than I paid for it. the app does not work with my ender 3 v3ke anymore
