Premium subscription is billed annually and auto-renews every year, unless canceled 24 hours prior to the renewal date. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. In accordance with the store policy, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Ratings and reviews

Paying for premium subscription on PC doesn't enable premium features on mobile. After signing up for the premium subscription as part of the Cyberlink Director Suite 365, I tried to access the mobile app for Promeo, but it didn't work. This is the first software subscription that I've encountered that requires separate subscriptions for the PC and mobile app versions. That's just ridiculous! Edit: If it's supposedly that different, then don't call it the same thing. Logic 101.

❗️🚫Cannot edit saved work. ❗️The options below media,add,scene and so on are not working. I will change my rating until the problem is resolved.😟😟

I thought that I already paid for this when I paid the desktop annual subscription? So, one will pay 2x? One for the desktop and separately for mobile? That's a bit greedy!
