If your payroll is processed using software produced by CyberPay, Inc., such as CyberPay Online, then this app will allow you do download your pay stub and annual tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.). This app will allow you to access the ess.cyberpayonline.com ESS portal. Additional services may be available, if offered by your employer.

I tried to login to my account as always, and I received an invalid entry. I had logged in every payday before, the exact same user and password with no issue. Now I cannot login at all. It wants me to use a passcode they text, but no one can tell if it is a capitol eye or a one. or a small eLL. Or if it is a zero or an oh. I've been locked out for a month now. Thanks.

Having more trouble than a little bit. This is one confusing app. One minute you can sign in, next minute your company beauru code is invalid. How is this possible?. Especially when you still work there.🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ on top of that CYBER response is crazy. One minute they say your company code is at the top of your paystub and the next thing they say is " check your email notification and it there". Apparently NOT since alloooott of ppl having the EXACT same issue and being told the EXACT SAME LIE.
