Terrible app. I cannot get to the checkbox on the top of my screen or the submit button on the bottom of my Pixel 9! Rotation doesn't help and even AI threw it's hands up trying to help me! Poorly designed app!!! Now I'm reading 3 years 'free' monitoring when I recall 1 unit free for life??? If I can't get this stupid, overpriced thing working on my phone, I've got 30 days to return it, and I will.

Software needs a major overhaul. It will not stay connected ~98% of the time. When it's connected, it doesn't seem to perform the operations that I have set up, like notifying me of a power outage. I have used this system for years, mainly on Windows 10 Pro. The first one bought, I don't believe it was cloud based, and it worked well. I have kept this app updated, cleared cache, even un-installed and re-installed, and still have issues. My only thing not tried is to contact the company.

Your going to overcharge for your product then ask for a subscription? A subscription for basic monitoring is a no go. I get you offer a trial, but there are thousands of smart appliances that don't charge for basic monitoring and there are too many 3rd party options to make a sub worthwhile. I'll be returning the unit I bought plus the card.
