About this app

AIDMS+ is the mobile application of the AIDMS+ document management and workflow system, allowing you to work with your organization's document repository directly on your phone.

NOTE: The application requires an account provided by your organization and your organization's AIDMS+ server address. Self-registration is not available.

DOCUMENTS

• View, quickly search, and filter by tags, document type, source, and date
• Upload documents from your computer or scan with your camera, automatically aligning pages
• Preview PDFs and images; Notes, history, related documents
• Save documents for offline viewing
• Share via timed links, trash bin for recovery

OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS AND PROCESSING FLOW
• Incoming and outgoing documents: registration, submission to management, feedback, task assignment, completion
• Kanban document flow by processing stage
• List of pending tasks and deadline reminders
• Send documents to departments, track receipt confirmation

KPI
• Receive tasks, enter results, track progress and completion deadlines

AI ASSISTANT
• Q&A, summarize and create reports from the organization's document repository
• Find documents similar to an image
• Support for drafting official documents

(AI and official document features are only available when your organization has enabled them.)

SECURITY

• Connect only via HTTPS to your organization's servers
• Lock the application with fingerprint or face recognition, supports two-factor authentication Class

• No ads, no data sales, no third-party tracking tools

INTERFACE

• Light and dark mode, Vietnamese and English

Account deletion and privacy policy are available in the app's Settings.
