Cycle Pro

Cycle Laundry

About this app

Good at laundry? Make it pay.

Cycle Pro is the app for independent Cycle Pros. You know what a well-done load looks like. Cycle Pro turns that everyday skill into a service people nearby are happy to hand off: pick up close to home, wash and fold in your own laundry space, and return a job you are proud of.

A different kind of gig
• Your space: the washing, drying and folding happen at home. Your car handles pickups and deliveries, not passengers.
• Your judgment: review the bags, pay, care notes and delivery window before you claim a wash.
• Your schedule: claim the washes that fit your day and your capacity.

Find your next wash
Open washes near you are sorted by distance, closest first. Check the bags, the pay and the customer's note, then claim. The pickup address and any gate codes unlock once the wash is yours, and one tap opens directions.

Know what comes next
• Every active wash in one place, with a six-hour countdown from claim to packed
• One tap moves a wash along: picked up, washing, packed, delivered
• Care tips at each step: use the customer's detergent and follow their notes
• Chat with customers in the app, with a red badge when there is a new message
• Snap a delivery photo at the door to finish. It protects you and the customer

Follow your earnings
Track paid earnings and transfers to your connected Stripe account. Set up payouts once in the app and see your payout status any time in My Earnings and Payout Settings.

Practice first
New to Cycle? Run a two-minute sample wash: claim, update status, deliver with a photo and get paid, with nothing real on the line. Replay it any time from the menu.

Certified Fresh
To become a Cycle Pro, apply at cyclelaundry.com/cycle-pro, take the Freshness Test on care labels, washing, folding and safe handling, and complete the background check step and onboarding. You can sign in while your application is under review, try the sample wash and set up payouts, so you are ready the minute you are approved.

Cycle Pros are independent contractors, not Cycle employees. Available work and earnings vary; there is no guaranteed income or number of jobs. Cycle currently operates in Kane, DuPage and Kendall counties, Illinois.
