Très très déçue par le niveau des réparateurs Cyclofix. Sur le papier, c'est parfait. Dans la réalité, les réparateurs ne sont pas du tout au niveau. Faites attention si vous tenez à votre vélo : faites plutôt appel à un réparateur ayant pignon sur rue et de l'expérience !! J'ai 2 vélos : - Le premier a crevé, réparé par Cyclofix qui me désaxe la roue et fait je ne sais quoi sur le dérailleur, je ne m'en rends pas compte sur le coup. Depuis, il n'avance plus. La roue s'arrête après 1/4 de tour quand je la lance dans le vide... Impossible de trouver la solution. - Le deuxième a crevé, le réparateur vient et le répare, je fais 5 mètres avec pour tester, pas de souci notable. Le lendemain, le dérailleur se casse alors que je roule, Cyclofix refuse d'admettre qu'ils ont peut-être quelque chose à voir avec.... Ca faisait des années que je roulais sans problème avec et bizarrement, la roue arrière est démontée et le lendemain, bam. Bref, très mauvaise expérience. Cyclofix c'est fini pour moi.
