We are trying to book slots for 19th April from past 3 days. App still show that appointment slots have not yet opened. In fact it is showing the same for today bookings also. How are we supposed to visit when you only allow app bookings but don't open the bookings on app? Or you just want us to pay money and take VIP passes. Please resolve this fast we have to book for a special occassion.

App is good. The rating is towards the process being used. All slots are blocked. You never get the slot. When you go there, you find people selling slots. They book all the slots with different numbers.they will ask you to install the app and they login with some mobile numbers. The process has to be transparent and should be such that genuine people willing to go to temple should get the slot

I've been trying to book appointment through this app since 1st Mar'21 and everytime it says "slots are filled" and if I select beyond 7 days it gives a prompt "slots will be available soon". I called up the trust number too and they asked me to try booking on Friday...however, I still face the same issue and unable to seek any appointment for Darshan. The trust is least bother to respond to calls or query nor they are interested in providing a solution
