Used to be great, never had any problems. All of a sudden, since it switched with new update I have had nothing but problems won't connect to truck unless it's started when I go on duty It won't say where I'm at unless I start the truck and constantly getting a contact your manager immediately and go to paper logs , uninstalled and reinstalled like I was told and still does the same thing very disappointed on how this is being handled. D.o.t doesn't care if you're having technical difficulties.

Doesn't stay connected, won't fill location without first being connected to the truck. Pop ups block you from doing anything without signing logs first so I can't be on duty before doing anything like I should be

connect to a truck then won't stay connected so won't log driving, can't connect to certain truck even after their steps to fix the issue. numerous GUI blunders.
