Very Low level of customer service. Sometimes it takes days to get any response. I had a problem with Bonus Rewards that didn't show. They said they would look into it and a week later still nothing. The app keeps crashing when trying to sign in. This app is only good when it works. A lot of bugs with this.

when start the application, i cannot do everything in this app because error after biometrics. when i remove biometrics auth, application running normaly, but after active bio, application crash again
