Ratings and reviews

Very Low level of customer service. Sometimes it takes days to get any response. I had a problem with Bonus Rewards that didn't show. They said they would look into it and a week later still nothing. The app keeps crashing when signing in. This app is only good when it works. A lot of bugs with this. Update: I got the physical card which came by FedEx in good time, but the card had issues right from the start. Every merchant that used the card showed a "Transaction Failed." But money left acct.

So far so good, it does what it set up to do well. Haven't done the KYC nor using their debit card just yet, and when the time comes I'll edit this later. I tried connecting other wallet to cypher wallet but it doesn't work, you guys should make the connection better by adding more beside only QR code scanner, because of that I turned it into a 3 star instead of the original 4. Btw you guys should check the "Option" menu, because when I tap the "browser" the app would crash.
