Very Low level of customer service. Sometimes it takes days to get any response. I had a problem with Bonus Rewards that didn't show. They said they would look into it and a week later still nothing. The app keeps crashing when signing in. This app is only good when it works. A lot of bugs with this. Update: I got the physical card which came by FedEx in good time, but the card had issues right from the start. Every merchant that used the card showed a "Transaction Failed." But money left acct.

Am very regretful ever encouraging this app which you can spend forever waiting for it to open when you click the app, i didn't have intention of giving them even zero star but by default they have forced me to click on one star. It's exactly delayed as the app keeps telling to hold on in no expiration time.

i have found a critical bug in your app so tell me where to report those bugs and after reported can i get any reward same like other crypto platform rewarding to reported bugs or not let me know by a reply fastly. then I will report those bugs with proof videos.
