Home Weather Station turns any Android phone or tablet into a beautiful, always-on dashboard for your own backyard: live readings from your personal weather station, NOAA forecasts, and a radar engine with advanced features.

WORKS WITH YOUR STATION

• Weather Underground: enter your station ID and API key and get live temperature, humidity, wind, rainfall, pressure, UV and solar readings. Works with any station that reports to Weather Underground — Ecowitt, Ambient Weather, Davis, AcuRite, Fine Offset and more. Your key never leaves your device.
• Custom PWS server: running an RTL-SDR weather receiver (RTL Server), Weather Display's PWS Open API, or any server that mirrors the Weather Underground API? Point the app at it and get readings straight from your own network — no API key, no cloud account, and live updates as fast as every 5 seconds.
• No station? No problem. Enter a ZIP code or use your location for the full NOAA forecast: hourly, 7-day, severe weather alerts, and animated radar. Free, anywhere in the United States (Canadian forecasts via Environment Canada).

Tired of the stock vendor app locking up, losing your data, or refusing to show the tiles you care about? This dashboard is fully yours: rearrange, resize, restyle and recolor every tile, in portrait or landscape.

Live NEXRAD radar, velocity products, satellite and recent history are free. Pro unlocks the deepest layers — longer loops, the full storm archive — and unlike other radar apps, you can buy it once and keep it forever.

• Animated NEXRAD radar: composite MRMS or single-site detail with loops from 30 minutes up to 24 hours
• Base velocity and correlation coefficient products — watch rotation and debris signatures, not just rain
• Historic scan playback: pick a past date and time and replay the storm
• Import custom GRLevelX .pal color tables, or scrub the dBZ scale with numeric ticks
• GOES satellite: GeoColor and 1 km Band 2 visible, alone or layered over radar
• Past rain accumulation: 24/48/72-hour MRMS rainfall totals with tap-to-read amounts
