Dreadful. Very slow app, takes a long time to get to a page. Also, it keeps declining online top-up (states it can't process payment at this time). It can only process payment if you get a number from store. Also still waiting 2 days for app to update with a new order I placed, and that I'm supposed to check and follow progress. Pathetic.

The application looks great. Although there are still few things that need to be checked again. I ordered from the web store a new device. Few days later in the app, the order was at the Order Completed stage, with a text below mentioning Your order is ready for pickup. Next stage in the app is the device pickup, where it mentions the store. I went to the store to pick up and the agent told me if we didn't called you that means your device is not here yet for pickup. This is misleading!!!

Waste of time!!! Along the way I encountered horrendous apps but this one is an utterly disgusting app! There is no use of it!!! At any single step is generating errors and the main webpage is displaying constantly "404"! I wonder what type of geniuses built this platform! If you had any respect for your clients you would shut this down immediately to avoid further waste of time!
