Dreadful. Very slow app, takes a long time to get to a page. Also, it keeps declining online top-up (states it can't process payment at this time). It can only process payment if you get a number from store. Also still waiting 2 days for app to update with a new order I placed, and that I'm supposed to check and follow progress. Pathetic.

I received messages to update app and once I updated the app on play store I cannot login it won't allow me to type my email address? Very disappointed and all the support information I received has not resolved the issue? Basically the app has stopped working after doing the update 😞

i hate what you did with the new payment system, it wouldn't let me pay my bills like it used to, totally unintuitive and causes more confusion. I really don't like the messaging system, where I have to open eqch one of your constant offers separately to remove unread status, I don't need these offers, I dont need cyta reward points offers too. They offer nothing of real value. the application used to be bulky and slow, but after updates it just turned into garbage I hate keeping on my device
