This app shows me the same notification twice I don't know why but it has done it many many times before it showed me the Easter 30% off notification twice in one day earlier on wth.

For about the last 3 weeks I have not received SMS notifications. I have cleared the cache and checked the app settings but still no notifications. Other than that the app is great.🙂

The "Download and share bill" button in the app has been broken for the past 2 days. I tried accessing my bill by logging in on a browser - same error there also. I reported the issue via the live chat and also the Call Centre, and each time I got a "we are fixing it, try later" response. After 2 days, I have just been told "try tomorrow or Monday" (today is Saturday). Surely the largest telecoms organisation in the country should be able to work faster than this? Very disappointed so far.
