Dreadful. Very slow app, takes a long time to get to a page. Also, it keeps declining online top-up (states it can't process payment at this time). It can only process payment if you get a number from store. Also still waiting 2 days for app to update with a new order I placed, and that I'm supposed to check and follow progress. Pathetic.

Waste of time!!! Along the way I encountered horrendous apps but this one is an utterly disgusting app! There is no use of it!!! At any single step is generating errors and the main webpage is displaying constantly "404"! I wonder what type of geniuses built this platform! If you had any respect for your clients you would shut this down immediately to avoid further waste of time!

Doesn't work for a top up of a so easy card. A message that I have to register the so easy card keeps popping up even though I've got it registered from day one and when I try to complete the procedure through the app keeps giving an error message. The amount due each month is wrong. Honestly I don't get why the app exists in the first place if I have to go online to do anything the app is supposed to be doing? Fix all the above issues ASAP!
