Dreadful. Very slow app, takes a long time to get to a page. Also, it keeps declining online top-up (states it can't process payment at this time). It can only process payment if you get a number from store. Also still waiting 2 days for app to update with a new order I placed, and that I'm supposed to check and follow progress. Pathetic.

I used to purchase data bundles via the app but recently when i wanted to load data bundles the app is nolonger opening whenever i try to login in. I've tried to change the password but all in vain and the worst part of it is that you don't even get email notifications to update you about the password change. I have to tried several times to login with the new password on app but it takes you to the website only to display "error in logging in to your account". It's hectic!!!

i hate what you did with the new payment system, it wouldn't let me pay my bills like it used to, totally unintuitive and causes more confusion. I really don't like the messaging system, where I have to open eqch one of your constant offers separately to remove unread status, I don't need these offers, I dont need cyta reward points offers too. They offer nothing of real value. the application used to be bulky and slow, but after updates it just turned into garbage I hate keeping on my device
